Metal structures and technological equipment

  • Beam welded constant and variable cross-section;
  • Chimneys, ducts, exhaust, fans and other equipment for boilers and furnaces;
  • Masts and towers for cellular telephone communications and other purposes;
  • Screw piles of different sizes;
  • Crane shelters of various sizes for the oil fields;
  • Supports of petroleum pipeline:
  • Pipeline supports: sliding bearings (including dielectric) types OPH, OPP, OPB.
  • Piping components;
  • Construction of auxiliary equipment for industry (pipes support, ventilation equipment supports…) ;
  • Non-standard equipment for metallurgical and mining industries:
    • Overpass for different purposes;
    • Vertical and horizontal tanks and vessels;
    • We accept manufacturing orders of stainless steel and aluminum, etc.

Production of tanks

  • Tanks and water tanks (both horizontal and vertical, surface and underground, with capacity from 1 to 200 cubic meters, used for the storage of technical and drinking water);
  • Containers and tanks for petroleum products (steel vertical and horizontal steel tanks, prepared mainly on the individual projects for the storage of chemicals, oil products, can also be used for water storage);
  • Containers and tanks for the storage of food (food production, the amount of 1 to 100 cubic meters);
  • Containers for cereals (amount from 1 to 100 cubic meters);
  • Tanks and containers for bulk materials (storage BSU, dry mixes, cement, volume from 1 to 100 cubic meters).
Depending on the purpose reservoirs are divided into two groups

  • Tanks for storing liquids at a pressure up to 0.07 MPa inclusive, and a temperature of 120 ° C.
  • Containers, working under pressure more than 0.07 MPa.

Depending on the position in space of the cylindrical tanks are divided into:

vertical tanks
Vertical steel tanks are used for storage of flammable liquids (such as gasoline) with volumes of up to 20,000 m3; for the storage of flammable liquids – up to 50,000 m3.

Displacement vertical cylindrical reservoir ranges from 100 to 50 000 m3 or more, and is regulated by the normal range of 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 700, 1000, 2000, 3000, 5000, 10000, 20000, 30000 and 50000 m3. All tanks of the normal range (except in some cases, tank volume of 50,000 m3) of building the industrial method of rolling billets.
Reservoirs 50000 m3 construct a roll of blanks and sheet-way.

horizontal tanks
Horizontal steel cylindrical tanks intended to hold relatively small amounts of oil, water and other corrosive liquids.
Reservoirs have a simple shape, transportable by rail, which restricts a diameter of up to 3.25 m. In some cases, the tank diameter can be up to 4.0 m.
The most widely used for petroleum tanks of 5, 10, 25, 50, 75 and 100 m3.
Horizontal tanks can be above and below ground location, single and double-skinned, single-section, two-section or multi-section.
Horizontal tanks are made on the basis of GOST 17032-2010 and TU 5265-002-30456536-2013.
